Our Team

Elvis Benhura

Registered Valuer with the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe, Registered Estate Agent, Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe, Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), RICS Registered Valuer and Member- Master of High Court’s Panel of Valuers. Holder of a National/Executive Diploma in Valuation and Estates Management (REIZ). He has 13 years real estate experience in both private and public sectors.

Elvis is served as an elected board member of the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (2018 – 2021) and is currently a board member on the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe.

Career Milestones:

Principal Valuation Officer/ Team Leader – Ruwa general revaluation for rating purposes 2022.
Valuation Officer – Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) valuation for relocation and compensation Hwange Power Station Unit 7 & 8 expansion.
Worked 8 years under the Chief Government Valuation Officer.

Clifford Masvingise

Property Sales Manager

Clifford has over 15years of real estate experience specialised in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural properties. He oversees all property sales activities within the firm. He is a holder of a Diploma in Marketing from the Southern Africa Institute of Market Management. Clifford has Part C Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ).

Hazel Mupandasekwa

Property Sales Consultant

Hazel is a Licentiate member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. She joined Property Track in 2021 and has 11 years Real Estate experience.

Lorraine Jumbe

Property Sales Consultant

Lorraine has over 12years Real Estate experience specialising in property sale, property management and land development.

Brighton Munyaradzi Chijarira

Sales & Valuations Consultant

Holder of a Bsc Honors degree in Real Estate Management (BSc HREM) – Field Services (Bsc Honours in Real Estate Management (University of Zimbabwe in conjunction with REIZ). He has 4 years Real Estate experience.

Kudakwashe Joanna Matsika

Finance & Administration

Kudakwashe is a holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
